One-Off Nutrition Session

$75 | 60 minutes

 A standalone session offering personalised nutrition support, education, and practical next steps. Ideal if you’re looking for clarity, direction, or focused guidance without ongoing commitment. 

Everyday Basics Package

$250 per month

Gentle, ongoing support to help you simplify eating and build consistency without overwhelm. Includes 1–2 sessions per month plus app support between sessions for guidance, accountability, and practical next steps. 

Everyday Core Package

$350 per month

Structured, personalised support focused on habit and behaviour change. Includes two sessions per month, priority app support, and tailored feedback to help you create sustainable routines that actually fit everyday life. 

Everyday Guided Package (Premium)

$500 per month

More intensive, personalised support for deeper or more complex needs. Includes more frequent sessions, proactive check-ins, and personalised planning and tracking to support ongoing progress with confidence and clarity.
