A standalone session for personalised nutrition support, education, and clarity.


This session is ideal if you:


  • Want support with a specific concern
     
  • Feel stuck or overwhelmed and want a clear starting point
     
  • Prefer a single session without ongoing commitment
     

During the session, we’ll explore your current eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals, and identify practical, realistic steps you can start using straight away. Guidance is evidence-based, non-diet, and tailored to your capacity and preferences.

Some clients use this session on its own, while others use it as a first step before moving into ongoing support.

Ongoing Nutrition Support

My ongoing support packages are designed to help you build sustainable habits, reduce food stress, and create consistency over time. Support combines Zoom sessions with between-session guidance via the Healthie app.

Everyday Basics Package

$250 per month

Gentle, ongoing support focused on simplifying eating and building consistency.

Everyday Basics is suited to those who want accountability and guidance without feeling overwhelmed. Support is paced, practical, and centred on small, realistic changes.

Includes:

  • 1–2 Zoom sessions per month (60 minutes)
     
  • Healthie app messaging support between sessions
     
  • Session summaries and clear, manageable action steps
     
  • Education focused on nourishment, consistency, and confidence

Everyday Consistency Package

$350 per month 

Structured, personalised support for meaningful behaviour change.

This package offers a balance of regular sessions and tailored support between sessions. It’s ideal if you want help turning intentions into habits and maintaining momentum as real life happens.

Includes:

  • 2 Zoom sessions per month (60 minutes)
     
  • Priority messaging support via the Healthie app
     
  • Personalised feedback between sessions, including:
     
    • Reviewing eating patterns and routines
       
    • Identifying barriers and sticking points
       
    • Adjusting strategies to suit your lifestyle and energy
       
  • Behaviour and habit support focused on:
     
    • Meal structure and planning
       
    • Consistency without rigidity
       
    • Energy, symptoms, and daily functioning
       
  • Access to relevant resources and tools tailored to your needs

Everyday Guided Package (Premium)

$500 per month

More intensive, personalised support with increased guidance and accountability.

Everyday Guided is designed for those who benefit from more frequent contact, proactive check-ins, or support through more complex or changing circumstances.

Includes:

  • 2–4 Zoom sessions per month
     
  • Priority Healthie app support with faster response times
     
  • Proactive check-ins between sessions
     
  • Personalised progress tracking focused on:
     
    • Behaviour and consistency patterns
       
    • Energy and symptom trends
       
    • Sustainable progress over time
       
  • Ongoing planning, adjustment, and accountability

Important notes:

This is not a diet or meal-plan service.

Weight loss is not the primary focus, although changes to your body may occur.

We will measure progress through habits, behaviours, consistency, and how you feel.

Support is collaborative, realistic, and importantly - tailored to you.
