Hey, I'm Donna.

I can help you eat well in a way that suits your life.

I'm not here to give you more rules, and I don't believe eating well should feel overly complicated. I'm here to help you quiet the noise and find a way of eating that actually works for you.

Let's be honest: you don't just want to 'eat well'. You want it to feel simpler.

You want to eat in a way that feels simple and consistent. You want to stop over-thinking every decision, and to feel more settles, more confident, and more normal around food.

But, no matter what you've tried - whether it's being more organised, more disciplined, more determined to 'stay on track' - it never quite sticks. Things go well for a while, and then, life happens. And you are back to over-thinking, second-guessing, and starting over - all over again.

At this point, it's not about knowing what to do, you have the information. It's more about how much mental space food is taking up.

And if you're tired of it all feeling too hard, then you are in the right place.

I help you to quiet the noise around food so eating can feel simple again.

The back-story...

Some things you just have to live through.

For a long time, I was very structured with food and exercise. I trained in the gym most days, lifted heavy weights, pushed through gruelling HIIT sessions. I was always moving. And my nutrition matched that. It was planned, controlled, and fairly consistent. From the outside, it looked like I was 'doing it right', and everything just 'worked'.

And then everything changed when lock-down hit.

Suddenly I was working from home, sharing space with my husband, and supporting two teenagers through online learning. All of us trying to navigate a version of life that none of us had expected or experienced before.

The structure and routine I had relied on before? It didn't fit any more. And the harder I tried to make it work, the more things fell apart.

I got sick.

Sick enough to end up in hospital for a full week, followed by months of recovery where my energy, capacity, and routine all looked completely different. What had 'worked' before just wasn't possible any more. Not physically, not mentally, and it didn't fit into the reality that my life had become.

That's where things really started shifting for me. Because I realised (albeit slowly!) that just because something stops working, doesn't mean that you've failed. It just means that your life has changed. And you need something different now.

We talk a lot about consistency in nutrition and fitness, but we don't talk enough about adaptability.

About the fact that life has seasons. Your capacity changes, your priorities shift, and your environment isn't always within your control. And if the way you were eating before no longer fits? That's not a personal failure, that's just a sign that something needs to be adjusted.

My experience completely changed how I see food, and how I work with people now. Because I am not interested in helping you find something that works only when life is calm, structured, and predictable. I'm interested in helping you find something that still works when it's not.

We all need something flexible, something realistic - something that doesn't fall apart the moment life does.

Chances are, you've had your own version of this. Maybe not the exact same situation, but a moment where what you were doing stopped working, and you didn't know how to adjust. So you assumed you just needed to try harder. Or start again. Or find a 'better' plan.

But what if that's not the answer? What if the real shift isn't finding something stricter, but finding something that actually fits your life as it is now?

That's the work I do. And once you stop trying to force something that no longer fits? Everything starts to feel a whole lot easier.

I take a simpler, more realistic approach to food.

I believe there is no single "right way" to eat.

I believe small, steady changes are what actually last.

I believe consistency comes from flexibility, not perfection.
